Course Exam Information
Per Florida Administrative Code 61J2-3.008, students who do not pass the end-of-course exam are eligible for one additional exam attempt. Students must wait 30 days from the date of the original exam to retest. The second attempt must occur within one year of the date of the original exam.
This course conforms to the Florida Division of Real Estate's prescribed Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) Course II Syllabus for the pre-license course for brokers.
