Course Formats Offered

​Online Courses – Zenith Real Estate School provides the highest quality real estate licensing and continuing education content available anywhere in an online format.  Every pre-license, post-license and continuing education online class is taught with a Florida Real Estate Commission approved course syllabus.  

Classroom Courses –We keep our classroom sizes small to allow for a personal interaction with each student and for time to expand on subject matter.  Unlike the majority of real estate schools, we allow for frequent Q&A sessions in our teaching curriculum as well as follow-up with each student to ensure the best opportunity of passing the state test on the first attempt.
